Toxins in Personal Care Products

What I am about to share with you is going to shock you and your entire family. You're probably going to want to watch this video over and over again and you will want to share this with everyone you know. When I am done you are going to want to check the products in your home for the ingredients we're going to talk about. For the sake of your children, grandchildren, your entire family, and your friends I urge you to watch this video in its entirety and to share it with others.

Ask yourself this: Why are there so many cancers that exist today? Breast, brain, colon, liver and prostate. Why are birth defects, kidney disease, and brain disease running rampant in our country? Childhood diseases like ADHD, ADD and others are at record levels. And in the last ten years autism and Down syndrome are up eight hundred percent. Immune toxicity such as Asthma, allergies and sinus problems are topping the charts. Our immune systems are breaking down.

Would you knowingly put your family in harm's way by using products such as shampoos, soaps, personal care products and cleansers that cause liver cancer, kidney cancer, breast cancer, heart palpitations, vomiting, sterility, miscarriages and a myriad of other nightmare health problems? Of course not. But the fact of the matter is that most common everyday household items, including personal care items, detergent and makeup, to name just a few contain a toxic horror chamber of acids, alcohols, poisons and preservatives.

Let's start with one example, formaldehyde. Most of us know formaldehyde is used as a preservative in mortuaries and medical laboratories. But did you know that the National Cancer Institute says that formaldehyde is also used to produce many household products? In fact formaldehyde is often used as a preservative with no discussion of the potentially dangerous and destructive effects on the human body. Imagine that you could be using something in your house or on your child's body that contains the chemical normally used in the embalming process.

Here's another example. Chemicals that end in the letters "AMINE." These chemicals are often used in lubricants, paints and cleaners. The most common are di-ethanolamine (DEA) mono-ethanolamine and tri-ethanolamine. Along with being used in corrosive products DEA related ingredients are frequently used in cosmetics.

These caustic confections are easily absorbed through skin and accumulate in body organs, even the brain. According to the US Food and Drug Administration, the National Toxicology Program and the EPA an association was found between the topical application of certain DEA related ingredients and cancer. The FDA even advises consumers who want to avoid cosmetics containing DEA related ingredients to be sure to review the ingredient statement on cosmetics labels.

Color pigments and fragrances are two other horribly unhealthy products that most people don't realize are found in literally thousands of items. For example fragrances can indicate the presence of thousands a separate ingredients including many that are toxic or carcinogenic. Most of us use these products every single day in the enclosed environments of our homes which are supposed to be safe, secure sanctuaries for our children and loved ones. If that's not enough to frighten you consider this. Parabens and phenoxyethanols in spa products and personal care products have been found in breast cancer tumors. In fact Parabens and phenoxyethanol's are hormone disruptors and may cause damage to liver and kidneys, birth defects, decrease sperm counts, and early puberty. If you haven't cleaned out your shelves and your cupboards yet there's something else you need to think about. Butylene-glycol and ethylene-glycol are colorless liquids used in antifreeze and in brake fluid.

So far so good, but here's what they don't want you to know. Propylene-glycol, often called PEG resembles ethylene-glycol in its physical properties and PEG is used extensively in foods, cosmetics, personal care, baby care and oral hygiene products. It's a skin irritant that can cause liver abnormalities, kidney damage and is directly related to cancer.

Would you knowingly put Drano in your mouth? Of course not. It's sodium hydroxide a key component to drain cleaners and is found in most toothpaste. And triclosan, which is included in numerous types of soaps, detergents, cosmetics, toothpaste and other personal care products.

Guess what? The EPA registers it as a pesticide.

There's more. According to the nonprofit organization, Environmental Working Group or EWG more than 500 products sold in the US contain ingredients that are banned in cosmetics in Japan, Canada and the European Union. What's more, nearly 100 products contain ingredients considered unsafe by the International fragrance Association.

Additional EWG research shows that 22% of all personal care products may be contaminated with the cancer-causing impurity 1,4-dioxane including many children's products. Indeed sixty percent of sunscreens contain the potential hormone disruptor oxybenzone that readily penetrates the skin and contaminates the bodies of 97% of Americans including our children.

Of course we'd all like to believe that products made for children or bearing claims like hypo-allergenic are safer choices but unfortunately it's just not true. Most cosmetic marketing claims are unregulated and companies are rarely if ever required to back them up. Even for children's products. The company can use the claim like hypo-allergenic or natural but there's no definition for these terms so they mean absolutely nothing except to try to trick people into thinking the products are safe. As a matter of fact an investigation of more than 1700 children's body care products found that 81% of those mark gentle are hypo-allergenic contain allergens or skin and eye irritants.

The speed of virus spread and the use of quaternary ammonium compounds to reduce spread

WASHINGTON, DC – September 8, 2014 – Using tracer viruses, researchers found that

contamination of just a single doorknob or table top results in the spread of viruses throughout office buildings, hotels, and health care facilities. Within 2 to 4 hours, the virus could be detected on 40 to 60 percent of workers and visitors in the facilities and commonly touched objects, according to research presented at the 54th Interscience Conference on Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy (ICAAC), an infectious disease meeting of the American Society for Microbiology.

There is a simple solution, though, says Charles Gerbaof the University of Arizona, Tucson, who presented the study.

“Using disinfectants containing quaternary ammonium compounds (QUATS) registered by EPA as effective against viruses like norovirus and flu, along with hand hygiene, reduced virus spread by 80 to 99 percent,” he says.

Norovirus is the most common cause of acute gastroenteritis in the United States, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Each year, it causes an estimated 19-21 million illnesses and contributes to 56,000-71,000 hospitalizations and 570-800 deaths. Touching surfaces or objects contaminated with norovirus then putting your fingers in your mouth is a common source of infection.

In the study, Gerba and his colleagues used bacteriophage MS-2 as a surrogate for the human norovirus, as it is similar in shape, size and resistance to disinfectants. The phage was placed on 1 to 2 commonly touched surfaces (door knob or table top) at the beginning of the day in office buildings, conference room and a health care facility. After various periods of time (2 to 8 hours)  they sampled 60 to 100 fomites, surfaces capable of carrying infectious organisms (light switches, bed rails, table tops, countertops, push buttons, coffee pots handles, sink tap handles, door knobs, phones and computer equipment), for the phages.

“Within 2 to 4 hours between 40 to 60% of the fomites sampled were contaminated with virus,” says Gerba.

In the intervention phase cleaning personal and employees were provided with QUATS disinfectant containing wipes and instructed on proper use (use of at least once daily). The number of fomites on which virus was detected was reduced by 80% or greater and the concentration of virus reduced by 99% or more.

“The results shown that viral contamination of fomites in facilities occurs quickly, and that a simple intervention can greatly help to reduce exposure to viruses,” says Gerba.

The biochemical indicators and measurement showed normal functioning and metabolism of the liver, kidneys, and heart after supplementation with Beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.0 and the Healthy Start Pak 2.0 demonstrate no adverse reactions to these organs.

Weight Loss: Consumption of the Beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.0 as well as the Healthy Start Pak 2.0 significantly reduced the absolute weights of White Adipose Tissue (WAT) as well as WAT weight percentage of whole body weight. The study showed a significant reduction in adipose tissue weight and body fat mass.

Bone Health: Significant reductions in plasma concentrations of Alkaline Phosphatase, ALKP, an enzyme that promotes breakdown of bone were observed along with increases in concentrations of the bone building minerals, calcium and phosphorus.

Support for Normal Inflammatory Response: Inflammation was induced in the animal models by feeding them a high fat and sugar diet that triggers the Interleukin-6 inflammatory marker. After supplementation with both the Beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.0 and Healthy Start Pak 2.0 a significant reduction of the inflammatory marker was observed demonstrating support for normal inflammatory responses when placed under stressful conditions.

Birth Defects

Let’s talk about birth defects which we eliminated in the animal industry. We eliminated every birth defect you can name and ten times that many that you can't name in the animal industry simply with what we call preconception nutrition. I'm not talking about prenatal vitamins with 12 vitamins and minerals in them. I'm talking about a complete program with over 255 nutrients including the 90 essential nutrients.

I actually sued the FDA in federal court to be able to say we can prevent neural tube defects by supplementation with folic acid. Before I sued them in federal court you could say "eating foods rich in folic acid could reduce the risk of neural tube defects” but you couldn't say “supplementation with folic acid.” So I had to sue them in Federal Court and prevailed over the FDA on that subject. There were 7 other lawsuits as well in which I prevailed.

How about Down syndrome? 

Regardless of what political party you belong to, Sara Palin, ex-governor of Alaska, a vice-presidential candidate of the United States of America gives birth to a baby with Down syndrome. Her OB-GYN should be put in jail for reckless endangerment because we have known the cause and prevention of Down syndrome for at least 50 to 60 years. It is very simply prevented with preconception, complete nutrition. I'm talking about not proteins and fats but all the known essential nutrients. You can look it up in the book Rare Earths Forbidden Cures written by me and my wife, Dr Ma Lan.

I even had one case with Evel Knievel’s niece in law. She was diagnosed with having an embryo at 2 1/2 months with Downs Syndrome. I gave her my protocol and the baby was born normal. That was only one case. It was interesting to contemplate what might have happened if we had treated all early stage of Down syndrome pregnancies with this protocol.

What about congenital deafness? 

We know that it is caused by a simple deficiency of manganese. If we give every woman manganese prior to conception there will never be another baby born deaf. It's just that simple.

What about cystic fibrosis and muscular dystrophy?

Well cystic fibrosis, I was actually awarded in 2011 the Klaus Schwarz Commemorative Medal for research with trace minerals that benefit humanity. Actually the discovery was made and published in 1977. When I came out with it I showed that cystic fibrosis was not genetic as was though but it is a simple deficiency of the trace minerals early in pregnancy or right after pregnancy when the baby continues to nurse from the mother who is deficient in these trace minerals.

It is a very reversible thing, you can supplement with these trace minerals and the disease will reverse and it certainly is preventable 100%. And they fired me because everybody back then just knew it was genetic.
 
Well guess what? Who prevailed? 

They are all dead and I prevailed and got the award.

The main thing is the kids will benefit now because I am able to talk about this because of the weight of this award. This gives credibility to what I've been saying for 35 years.

As a result my wife and I went to China in 1990. In Keshan Province China we did 1,200 autopsies on kids under the age of 10 that died of cardio myopathy heart disease. Every scientist who studies trace minerals knows that Keshan disaese is caused by a selenium deficiency. There is little to no selenium in the soil in Keshan Province of China and a very high percentage of kids who are in subsistence farm families, families that grow their food, eat only the food grown on their land with no selenium in the soil have a very high rate of cardio myopathy heart disease .

If cardio myopathy heart disease is a known selenium deficiency disease and If I was correct that cystic fibrosis was being cause by a deficiency of selenium, then a lot of these kids that died of cardio myopathy heart disease would also have cystic fibrosis.
 
Guess what?
 
32% had cystic fibrosis. And by the way, 100% of these kids had Muscular Dystrophy.

We have been working with the Amish communities in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio and Michigan. For about 4 years in a very organized fashion. The first Muscular Dystrophy kid I cured was 22 years ago in Lancaster County Pa. Of course one case like that is interesting. If I was at Harvard Medical School it would be published all over the place, but not being from Harvard medical school they say well who knows about the diagnosis.

But now that we have hundreds, we are getting close to publishing and releasing this to the public. So don't tell anyone you heard about this yet. So don't tell anyone yet that we now understand the natural history; what leads up to the cause of muscular dystrophy. We know how to prevent it. And we know how to reverse it. And we have been doing this now for the last few years in communities all across the US but particularly across the Midwest where the local universities, the state universities that have agricultural departments did analysis of the soil. There is little to know selenium in the soil. These people are indigenous farmers. They live exactly on their place. They do not go to town to eat. They do not get groceries in town. They live off their gardens. And this is why they have such a high percentage of Muscular Dystrophy, Cardio myopathy heart disease and Cystic Fibrosis.

Watch for the story, don't tell anybody. Just think about it. We now know how to prevent and cure Muscular dystrophy.
